The “Mouzer” Story
When my cat, Mouzer, had to move indoors after an injury, my home life changed overnight. My two dogs, Tigger and Bandit, found the litter box far too interesting, and my floors quickly became a permanent “litter beach.” I didn’t just need a cover; I needed a way to reclaim my home.

The Invention
I needed a solution smarter than a standard lid. After several failed attempts (including a very unsuccessful bubble-wrap door!), I discovered the power of the 90-degree offset entrance. It turns out that while cats are agile enough to navigate a turn, dogs aren’t. By connecting two chambers with offset entries, I created a “maze” that solves three problems at once:
